As concerns on environmental impact caused by industrial performance is rising,
Gulf JP has managed its business with the goal to alleviate the adverse effects on the environment by undertaking appropriate reviews and evaluations of its performance to measure and ensure compliance with environmental policy.

In addition to Gulf JP’s policy to facilitate environmental improvements in power plants’ operation, we also strive to study and develop the efficient use of renewable energy to limit environmental impacts from energy production.

Gulf JP has also provide a number of contributions for the society via social, sports, and education activities as well as religious rites, power plant tours, group meetings, radio documentary, and environmental seminars.

More importantly, Gulf JP has supported public participation in accordance with Government’s policy via the communities participation committee, an organization composed of local, governmental, and project representatives to monitor the operation of the plant and to ensure the prevention of environmental impact and develop village project plan to serve all communities.
