April 4,2018: Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (GULF) led by Mrs. Porntipa Chinvetkitvanit, President together with Mr. Boonchai Thirati, Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, signed share trading agreement and share holding agreement with Thanh Thanh Cong Group (TTC Group) for investment on solar power plant project (TTCIZ-01). The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Ratthaphol Cheunsomchit, Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer and Mr.Worapong Vivatanavanich, Executive Vice President - Project Development Group and executive team.

TTCIZ-01 project with 48-megawatt power generation is located at Trang Bang district in Tay Ninh province in Vietnam. At a cost of Two-billion-baht investment, the company gains 49% of shares holding and another 51% belongs to TTC Group. The construction is expected to happen in June and it is ready for commercial trade in June 2019.
