Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited or GULF recently held the Annual General Shareholder's meeting No.1/2019 at Magnolia Ballroom at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. Viset Choopiban, Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting along with attendance of board of directors and company executives presented by Sarath Ratanavadi, Chief Executive Officer. The shareholders were provided essential information about the company’s working process and annual profit of the previous year.

Furthermore, the CEO disclosed the business plan and the status of ongoing projects in Thailand and overseas in order to assure the stability of the company and to secure Gulf’s position as a leading energy producer in Thailand.
